Jenn Farrell (she/her)

Jenn Farrell is the owner and head coach of Witness the Fitness. A personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Jenn is also an unabashed ‘80s and ‘90s aerobics enthusiast who loves teaching all kinds of people, but especially beginners.

Shelby Shukaliak (she/her)

Shelby Shukaliak is a group fitness instructor and junior coach at Witness the Fitness. Outside of the gym, she can be found dragon boating on False Creek, playing bass, or singing Dolly Parton karaoke.

Emily-Anne Paul (she/her)

Emily-Anne (she/her) is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, with a Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist certification. She was motivated to become a trainer after feeling frustrated by a lack of representation within the fitness industry of athletes whose goals prioritized movement and strength building over weight loss and body recomposition. She loves running, hiking, lifting heavy things, and being outdoors and wants to help you love those things (or whatever other things you want) too.

Conlan Mansfield (he/him)

Conlan is a martial arts instructor and clinical counsellor who teaches at the WTF gym. Focused on practical training, he emphasizes interpersonal awareness, fluidity of movement, and basic techniques that work well under pressure. Conlan takes pride in adapting training to meet the individual needs of his students, and he believes that anyone can learn how to defend (and care for) themselves effectively. 

Max (she/they)

Max is our admin assistant! When they’re not scheduling appointments and answering your emails, they can be found going for a long walk with their dog, or reading a good book on the sofa. She's also a big fan of swimming and going to the cinema.
